You can complete the requirements to become certified as a food safety manager in the State of Louisiana. We serve as an instructor and proctor for the class. We offer the ServSafe program. You can also go to the ServSafe website to see our dates for a class and exam. Contact Jacquelyn Governor for details at jacquelyngovernoractionschool@gmail.com to register and you can pay for your class at. Classes and testing at your site are also available. The cost is $100.00. You will need a ServSafe Food Manager textbook with an answer sheet. If you need assistance acquiring your textbook contact me at 225-806-5435. You can google the title to get the best price for the textbook. It is recommended that you get the book in advance of the class to study. You can also purchase the book on the ServSafe website.
